Question 1

What is AI cloaking and how does Palladium Expert use it?

Accepted Answer

AI cloaking is the process of analyzing incoming traffic in real time and routing visitors to different pages based on hundreds of signals. Palladium Expert uses a proprietary AI detection engine to separate real users from reviewers, bots, and scanners, then routes each group to the correct destination automatically.

Question 2

Will Palladium Expert slow down my landing pages?

Accepted Answer

No. Our globally distributed cloud infrastructure makes routing decisions in sub-millisecond time, so real visitors experience no added latency at all.

Question 3

Do I need to know how to code to use Palladium Expert?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. The entire platform is built around a visual rule builder. You can configure filters, campaigns, and routing logic without writing a single line of code, though a full REST API is available if you want to automate things.

Question 4

Which traffic sources are supported?

Accepted Answer

Palladium Expert works with every major traffic source including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok, native ad networks like Outbrain and Taboola, push and pop networks, affiliate networks, and any custom source you send traffic from.

Question 5

How does bot and scanner detection work?

Accepted Answer

We combine deep device fingerprinting, IP reputation databases, ISP and ASN detection, behavior analysis, and machine learning models trained on billions of requests to identify automated traffic with extremely high accuracy.

Question 6

Can Palladium Expert detect VPNs, proxies, and TOR traffic?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our detection engine flags VPN tunnels, residential and datacenter proxies, and TOR exit nodes in real time, and you can choose exactly how each type of traffic should be routed.

Question 7

Is there a limit on campaigns, domains, or rules?

Accepted Answer

Our Professional and Enterprise plans include unlimited campaigns, domains, and rules. The Starter plan includes generous limits that suit most solo media buyers getting started.

Question 8

How quickly can I launch my first protected campaign?

Accepted Answer

Most users launch their first campaign in under 10 minutes using our guided quick start flow, pre-built filter templates, and one-click integrations.

Question 9

Does Palladium Expert integrate with my existing tools?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We integrate natively with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, Slack, Telegram, Discord, Zapier, Cloudflare, WordPress, Shopify, and more, plus a full REST API and webhook support for custom stacks.
